Zane Passed away at his home in Alamo, TN on, November 5, 2021, at just 3 weeks old. He was born, October 10, 2021, to his parents Zachary Forsythe and Destiny Tucker in Jackson, TN.

He is preceded in death by his paternal great-great-grandmother, Edna Forsythe; paternal great-grandmother, Peggy Forsythe; Maternal great-great-grandfather, Jimmy Mitchell; maternal great-great-grandmother, Mattie Mae Emerson; maternal great-great-uncle, Randall Mitchell; great uncle, Silas Martin.

Zane is survived by his mother, Destiny Tucker; father, Zachary Forsythe; paternal grandparents, Betty Forsythe and Chris Porter; maternal grandparents, Jessica Tucker, Ricky Tucker, Jr., kristian Martin, Lester Hogue; Paternal great grandparents, Anita Johnson, Kenny Forsythe, Tommy Porter, Gladys Porter; maternal great grandparents, Lee Mitchell, Donna Emerson, Ricky Tucker, Sr. (Linda); maternal great-great-grandmother, Patsy Mitchell; great aunts, Sherry Nelson, Carol Young, Melissa Ellington, Victoria Flores, Sandee Ervin, Stephanie Cowan, Kim Mitchell; great uncles, Ricky Porter, Wayne Porter, Glenn Johnson, Jessie Mitchell, Steven King; aunts, Alivia Rivera, Arianna Rivera, Peyton Littles, Mya Tucker, Raven Tucker, Emily Tucker, Sarah Mitchell, Haley Belew; uncles, Marcus Johnson, Braden Vaughn, Wyatt Mitchell, Corey Hogue, Benjamin Hogue, Harley Poe, and many cousins.
