Ruth Avery Hill Obituary (1929

A graveside service for Ms. Ruth Avery Hill, age 85, will be held in the Rotunda of West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at 12:30 pm. Ms. Hill was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Kate Gorman Avery; five brothers, Gorman Avery, Wayne Avery, T.S. Avery, Wendell Avery and Hayden Avery. She is survived by Spencer Frederick; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Balmoral Baptist Church, 2676 Kirby Road, Memphis, TN 38119 or Wounded Warrior Projects, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675. Ronk Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
