Robert Edward Pigue, Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Edward Pigue Sr., age 88, will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017, at 2:00 PM with honors in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home with Chris Rigby officiating. Interment will follow in Oakview Memorial Gardens in Alamo, Tennessee.
Mr. Pigue was born on April 16, 1929, to the late Robert Edgar Pigue and Florence Balentine Pigue in Bells, Tennessee.
Mr. Robert passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, in Alamo, Tennessee. Robert worked at W.C. Cullipher Company as a Service Technician. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Robert was preceded in death by his brothers, A.W. Pigue, and Donald Pigue; sisters, Virginia Edwards, Mary Dee Edwards, and Mable Culp; great-grandchild, Nora Lai Yvonne Pigue.
Survivors include his loving wife, Yvonne Kail Pigue; sons, Bob Pigue (Judy), and Bruce Pigue (Paige); daughter, Roxanne Wages (Bobby); grandchildren, Jason Pigue (Michelle), Daniel Pigue (Katie), John Pigue (Lacey), James Wages (Morgan), Christina Jenkins (Eric), Steven Pigue (Allison), Nathan Pigue, and; eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017, from 12:00-2:00 PM in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church building fund P.O. Box 241, Alamo, Tennessee 38001 or N.O.A.H. of Crockett County, C/O Stella Gibson, P.O. Box 67, Maury City, Tennessee 38050.
Pallbearers for the service will be his grandsons.
