Naomi Hawkins Parkey

Funeral services for Ms. Naomi Hawkins Parkey, age 81, will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home with Keith Harwell officiating. Interment will follow in Oakview Memorial Gardens in Alamo, Tennessee.
Ms. Parkey was born on August 06, 1935, to the late Herman Henry Hawkins and Nannie Alma Hawkins in Crowder, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Thomas Parkey; brothers, Earl Thomas Hawkins, William Hawkins, Irvie Hawkins, James Hawkins, and Herman Henry Hawkins Jr.; sisters, Mattie Pearl Hawkins, Ila Pearl Bradford, and Shelby Jean Arnold; great-grandson, Wyatt Elmore; two son in laws, Kerry Wescott, and Darris Elmore.
Naomi is survived by her son, George Parkey (Annette) of Arlington, Tennessee; daughters, Robbie Wescott, and Melinda Elmore of Alamo, Tennessee; sister, Nannie Florence Ellis (J.B.) of Roan Mountain, Tennessee; grandchildren, Bryan Parkey (Brooke), Jeff Parkey (Eleonor), Jerry Elmore, Nikki Richardson (Mike), and Tiffany Collins; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017, from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM until the service hour.
Pallbearers for the service will be Bryan Parkey, Jeff Parkey, Will Parkey, Jerry Elmore, Jonathan Vandeburg, and Shannon Burleson.
