Millard Henry Butler, 90, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 25, 2021. He was born on June 3, 1930 to his parents, Henry Butler and Lillian Taylor Butler. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Houston Butler; and two granddaughters, Shanna Butler and Stephanie Jones. He is survived by his wife, Ann Butler; sons, Larry Butler, Chuck Crutchfield (Carla), and Anthony Crutchfield; daughters, Linda Butler, Gail Crutchfield (David), and Angela Porter (Scott); grandchildren, Holly Watson, Dusty Butler, Summer Marbury, Stacey Lumley, Penny Crutchfield, Gary Crutchfield, Heath Porter, Kelsey Porter; and great grandchildren, Megan Watson, James Smith, Braden McCanless, Edye Jones, Taylor Lumley, Robert Grams, Elizabeth Grams, Hailey Grams, Clarence Crutchfield, and Kylea Crutchfield. Mr. Butler requested to be cremated so there are no services at this time. In lieu of flowers and food the family ask that donations be made to N.O.A.H.
