Michael Allen Yancey

Funeral services for Mr. Michael Allen Yancey, age 45, will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, August 28, 2015 in the chapel of Ronk Funeral with Mike Waddey and Bob Dennison officiating. Interment will follow at Nance Cemetery.
Mr. Yancey died August 25, 2015 in Alamo, Tennessee. He was born July 21, 1970 in Concord, North Carolina.
Mr. Yancey was preceded in death by his step-father, Chester "David" Gadberry, Sr.; mother-in-law, Jane Hamilton; maternal grandmother, Irene Webb Wilson.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Kara Yancey; mother, Alice Gadberry; son, Michael Yancey, II; daughter, Emmaline Faith Yancey; brother, Chester David Gadberry, II and wife Kelsey; sister, Tamara Lynn Yancey; sister-in-law, Lisa Scott; brother-in-law, Todd Scott and wife Jenny; niece, Kinley Gadberry; nephews, Dallas Gadberry and Tucker Scott.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Ronk Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
Visitation for Mr. Yancey will be held Thursday, August 27, 2015 5-8 pm at Ronk Funeral Home.
