Martha Evelyn Reeves

Martha Evelyn Reeves, 81, of Memphis, Tennessee, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at Methodist Hospital North. She was born September 13, 1936 in Alamo, Tennessee to the late Homer Rogers and Ola Maie Hensley. Mrs. Reeves is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Weldon Reeves, married May 16, 1953 in Corinth, Mississippi; children, Diane Huddleston, David Reeves, Barbara Flores (Jose); sisters, Delores Banks, of Memphis, TN, Sharon Kail of Alamo, TN, Polly Jones of Alamo, TN, Susan Baskins of Cordova, TN; grandchildren, Shane (Gina), Shawn, Jeremy (Brandy), Lindsey (David); great grandchildren, Dillon, Dante, Katalina, Emmalee, Taylor, Jia, and Jasmin.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Osco Hensley Jr.; sisters, Rebecca Bills and Glenda Powell.
Visitation will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday March 20, 2018, at High Point Funeral Home in Memphis, TN, followed by visitation from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Ronk Funeral Home in Alamo, TN. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home. A Private interment will be held at Maury City Cemetery in Maury City, TN.
