Latney Porter Obituary (1950 - 2024)

Latney Keith Porter, 73, of Alamo, Tennessee, passed away on January 22, 2024. Born in Alamo, TN on May 21, 1950, Latney was a devoted and hardworking individual who dedicated much of his life to his role as Superintendent for Dement Construction Company LLC before his retirement. Latney was a pillar of strength, known for his unwavering commitment to his work and family. His dedication and work ethic were unmatched, and his long-standing career at Dement Construction Company LLC is a testament to his determination and resolve. Despite his demanding career, he always made time for his loved ones, and his presence was a warm and comforting one. A graveside service for Latney Porter will be held at a later date in Aberdeen, MS. Latney is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Chris Porter. He is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Billie Porter. Latney's life was a beacon of steadfast love and hard work, and his memory will continue to inspire all who knew him.
