Iona B. Parker

Funeral services for Mrs. Iona Bushart Parker, age 78, will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 4, 2015 in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home with Bill Mitchusson officiating. Interment will follow at Nance Cemetery.
Mrs. Parker died April 2, 2015 in Alamo, Tennessee. She was born September 23, 1936 in Crockett County, Tennessee to the late Newt B. Bushart and Addie Whitemore Bushart. She married Herbert Nolan Parker on December 27, 1952.
She enjoyed fishing, nature, traveling but most of all she was a daughter of God and loved her family.
Mrs. Parker was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Nolan Parker; son, Danny Parker. Surviving relatives include her sons, Brad Parker and wife Viki, Randy Parker, Roger Parker and Mark Parker; daughter, Susan Bailey and husband Gary; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Parker will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015 11:00 am- 2:00 pm at Ronk Funeral Home.
Pallbearers for the service will be Darbi Parker, Dakota Taylor, Bobby Turner, Todd McBryde, Blake Parker and Cooper Lindsey.
