Elbert Lee Waldon Obituary (1936 - 2020)

Graveside Services for Mr. Elbert Lee Waldon, age 84, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 13, 2020, at Oakview Memorial Gardens in Alamo, TN. Mr. Waldon died, Friday, July 10, 2020, at his home in Alamo, TN. He was born, February 14, 1936, in Tiplersville, MS, to the late Bob Waldon and Alice Jeans Waldon. Mr. Waldon served his country in the United States Army, before going on to work for Ford Motor Co. where he later retired. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Diana Waldon; brother, Travis Waldon; sister, Bonnie Christine Kay Waldon Alley, and an infant sister. Surviving relatives are his daughter, Wendy Hetrick; grandchildren, Justin Anderson (Kim), Katelynn Bates (Mark), Matt Muncy (Brittany); great grandchildren, Austin, Dawson, Alexis, Brantlee, and Cora. Visitation for family and friends will be held, Monday, July 13, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Ronk Funeral Home.
