Humboldt, Tennessee
Edward Michael McClellan, born on November 30, 1951 in Humboldt, TN, was a man of many talents and a heart full of kindness. As a lifelong resident of Humboldt, Eddie lived a life full of hard work, great stories, and an unyielding love for his family. He spent his career as a dedicated truck driver, hauling everything from packages for UPS to heavy equipment. Eddie was a man of tremendous talent and perseverance, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. His thoughtful nature and supportive spirit were his trademarks, making him a beloved figure in his community. He loved tending to his large garden that he grew every year and he had a strong passion for working on the farm, especially when helping his son Clint, whom he insisted on doing things "his way or the wrong way." Eddie was a member of the Gibson Wells Community Church.
He is survived by his son, Clint McClellan (Kelsey); brother, Marx McClellan (Maxine); sister, Brenda Azbill; sister-in-law, Shelia Pflueger; niece, Kim Verna; and nephew, Chris McClellan (Tamra). Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Maribelle McClellan, and his loving wife of 33 years, Nancy McClellan.
