Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Lois Petty Phillips, age 86, will be held at 1:00PM Wednesday, March 16, 2016, in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Martin officiating. Interment will be in the Alamo Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips passed away at her home on Monday, March 14, 2016. She was born on December 20, 1929, to the late James Elbert and Beulah Evelyn Walls Petty in Crenshaw, Mississippi She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lee Phillips; son, Freddie Lee Worley. Surviving relatives include her son James Ellis Phillips (Tammy); daughters, Margie Phillips Ivester (Michael), Jeannie Phillips Buckingham (Bill), Lisa Phillips Williams (Timmy); brothers, Charles Petty (Margie), Bobby Petty (Marilyn), Larry Petty (Shelia); sister, Mary Lester (Howard); grandchildren, fourteen; great-grandchildren, eleven. Visitation will be held at Ronk Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, from 11:00AM-1:00PM. Pallbearers for the service will be Justin Warren, Chase Phillips, Harrison Ward, Luke Kelly, Timmy Kelly, and Michael Williams.
