Dorothy Faye West, age 86, of Water Valley, KY and formerly of Alamo, TN died at 4:08 pm Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Heritage Manor Healthcare Facility in Mayfield, KY. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Cuba Church of Christ. Survivors include her sons, Mark (Jo Ruth) West of Melber, KY, Michael (Kay) West of Mayfield, KY, and Mitchell (Edith) West of Fallon, NV; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Vera Ramage Branch; husband, John West; son, Jack West. Graveside service for Mrs. West will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at the Alamo Cemetery in Alamo, TN. There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to meet at the cemetery on Tuesday morning. Ronk Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
