Doris Helen Goode Byrd

Funeral Services for Mrs. Doris Helen Goode Byrd, age 83, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 7, 2018, in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home with Larry Brown officiating. Burial will follow at the Alamo City Cemetery in Alamo, TN.
Mrs. Byrd died Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Bolivar General Hospital in Bolivar, TN. She was born, February 7, 1935, in Alamo, TN to the late Frank Leo Goode and Margaret Pitner Goode.
She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley Hicks and Pat Asp.
Mrs. Byrd is survived by her son, James Kendall Johnson (Pam) of Middleton, TN; daughters, Lee Ann Chandler (Joe) of Union City, TN; Tammy Hobbs (Rick) of Moscow, TN; sister, Judy Sides (Irby) of Coldwater, MS; grandchildren, Chad Garner, Tyler Johnson, Amanda Davis; great grandchild, Addison Hyman.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Ronk Funeral Home.
