Delila Campbell

Delila Ann Campbell, age 38 of Friendship, TN passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at her residence.

Delila was born on January 1, 1985 in Jackson, TN to James Lynn Campbell and Sandra Faye Bringman Campbell. Delila enjoyed many things from fishing, her animals and spending time time with her family and friends. She loved being outside in the flower beds or in the cotton field anytime she could. Delila worked for Lucas Farms for many years.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 11 until 1 at Ronk Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home conducted by Bro. Rowdy Davis. Burial will follow in Bower's Chapel Cemetery near Humboldt.

Survivors include her father, James "Yogi" Campbell (Teresa); her mother, Sandra Faye Campbell; her fiance, David Abbott; one son, Emmit Friend; two daughters, Faylin Abbott and Holley Abbott; three sisters, Angela Hendershott (Greg), Tonya Bogle (Jody Riley) and Malinda Shaikh (Naseem); two k-9 companions, Murphy and Manson; her beloved pig, Lu-Lu and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Dalila is preceded in death by her two grandmothers, Faye Brigman and Dorothy Campbell; her grandfather, Jay Brigman; and two uncles, Roy Brigman and Red Campbell.

Honoring Delila as pallbearers will be Naseem Shaikh, Jody Riley, Greg Hendershott, James Campbell, Emmit Friend, Jordan Gowan, Luke Linton and Jeremy Linton. Honorary pallbearer will be William Abbott.
