Graveside services for Mr. Charles W. Payne, age 83, will be held on Tuesday, June 06, 2017, at 11:00 AM in the South Fork Cemetery in Halls, Tennessee with Larry Harper officiating.
Mr. Payne passed away on Friday, June 02, 2017, at the Oakwood Community Living Facility in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
He was born on April 05, 1934, to the late Charlie A. Payne and Dora Lee Winchester Payne in Carroll County.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Dorothy Lee Goodman Payne; brothers, Roy Lee Payne, James Andrew Payne; sisters, Kathleen Ray, and Brooksie Grenier.
Surviving relatives are his daughters, Anne Payne, and Priscella Payne; grandchildren, Charitie Winberry, and Norman Pugsley Jr; great-grandchildren, Kayden Winberry, Elizabeth Reece Winberry, Brooklyn Winberry, and Addyson Pugsley.
