Barthel Junior Lowery Obituary (1933 - 2015)

Funeral services for Mr. Barthel Junior Lowery, age 81, will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, February 22, 2015 at First Christian Church of Alamo with Jay Hutchens officiating. Interment will follow at the Alamo Cemetery. Mr. Lowery died February 19, 2015 in Alamo, TN. He was born November 17, 1933 to the late Carl and Flossie Foren Lowery. Mr. Lowery was also preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Lowery, William Lowery and Roger Lowery; half-brother, Arzo Lowery; half-sisters, Ada Garmany and Moggie Norden; son, Jere Scott Lowery. Surviving relatives include his wife, Peggy Lowery; son, Bobby Lowery; brother, Paul Lowery and wife Pat; sisters, Shirley Joyce and Myrna Ward. Visitation for Mr. Lowery will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 5-8 pm at The First Christian Church of Alamo.
