Funeral services for Mrs. Azlean Whitten, age 88, will be held Thursday, January, 11 2018 in the Chapel of Ronk Funeral Home with Stephen Sutton officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery in Crockett Mills, TN. Mrs. Whitten passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Crockett County Nursing and Rehab Center in Alamo, TN. She was born on January 16, 1929 in Red Bay, Alabama to the late Luke Garret and Dolly Lay Garrett. Mrs. Whitten was preceded in death by a son, Neal Whitten; brothers, Leonard Garrett, Junior Garrett; sister, Chestine Dupree. She is survived by a son, Larry Whitten; brother, Clayton Garrett; grandchildren, Bridget King, Wesley Whitten; great grandchildren, Kaylee Whitten, Joseph Astuto. Visitation for Mrs. Whitten will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Ronk Funeral Home.
